10. Ricotta-Blueberry Crepes
Take a medium size bowl and mix 1/2 cup of whole-wheat flour, 2 egg whites, 2 tsp of canola oil, 1/2 cup of low-fat buttermilk and 1/4 tsp salt in it. Keep the skillet over medium heat and add half of this batter in it. You can swirl thoroughly to coat all these elements well together. The next step is to cook it for 30 seconds and flip them. You have to cook it again for 20 seconds. If you have done it, you have to fill with 1 Tbsp part-skim ricotta and 1/4 of cup blueberries before rolling it up. The next step is to top it with 1 tsp slivered almonds and 1 tsp ground allspice.
