10. Sweet potato crunchies
Peel sweet potato and cut it into strips by using an ideal peeler. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and take a large mixing bowl. Add strings in this bowl and drizzle with enough olive oil. Continue tossing until strings coated olive oil properly. Take a large cookie sheet and spread all these strings evenly on this sheet. Bake them well and stir them for every 10 minutes. Cooking time for this recipe is 30 minutes. Once potato strings get crispy enough as awaited, take them out of oven and let them cool at the room temperature. Use airtight container to store crispy potato strings.
